While designing and ordering your sweaters, you’re bound to run into a question or two. We’ve complied some FAQs here so you can get your answer right away — if you don’t see yours here though, be sure to reach out to our customer relations team. They would be thrilled to help you out!
How do they fit?
Based on the sweater brand that you choose for your products, each might have a slightly different fit. Check out the sizing charts for our most popular brands, Gildan and Bella Canvas:
Do prices go down in bulk?
They sure do! In most cases, aside from DTG printing, the more you order, the less expensive each sweater becomes. So you might as well order one for everyone you know, to save money!
Can I get a print on the sleeve?
Yep! You can test out lots of different print locations in our design studio, including sleeve, pocket, and hood.
How long does it take? Can you rush an order?
Sweater Planet prides itself on having some of the lowest turnaround times around, averaging at less than 7 days. That being said, sometimes a pandemic hits and ruins everything, so we’re unfortunately not able to offer that as a guarantee at the moment.
